We quote the grade, not just the family
A polymer order goes wrong for one of two reasons: the wrong grade was specified, or the right grade was quoted and something else arrived. Both are avoidable. Every enquiry we take is answered with a named producer grade, its melt index and density range, and the application it was designed for.
Pentusoil supplies polyethylene, polystyrene, polypropylene, ABS and synthetic rubber. Material ships with a certificate of analysis and a batch reference that stays traceable after delivery.

Most of what leaves our warehouse goes into packaging, pipe systems and moulded consumer or industrial parts. The grade decision usually comes down to process method before it comes down to price.
