The cheapest film is rarely the cheapest pallet
Stretch film is bought on price per kilo and paid for in film per pallet. A 23 micron film that pre-stretches to 250 per cent wraps more pallets per roll than a 17 micron film that tears at 150 per cent, even though the thinner roll looked cheaper on the order.
We produce from 100 per cent virgin polyethylene with a PIB cling additive. No regrind, because regrind is where gauge bands, pinholes and inconsistent stretch come from, and those are what stop a wrapper mid-cycle.

Machine film
For turntable and rotary-arm wrappers. Engineered for consistent stretch and clean film release at speed, with roll weights matched to the machine carriage.

Pre-stretch film
Stretched during production rather than on your machine, so it goes on with far less force. Uses less film per pallet and is much easier to apply by hand.
