Most of our sales conversations are technical before they are commercial. That shapes who we hire: process engineers who can read a tender specification, laboratory staff who question a result before reporting it, and export coordinators who understand what a delayed certificate does to a customer on the other side of a border.
Teams are small and decisions are close to the work. Someone joining the laboratory will see their test result change a shipment decision the same week.

Full time · Production
Own the extrusion parameters for the stretch film and geomembrane lines. You will set and defend the process window for each grade, investigate off-spec runs with the laboratory, and sign off trial production for new grades before they are offered commercially.
You will need: a degree in polymer, chemical or materials engineering; three years or more on an extrusion or compounding line; comfort reading a tender specification in English.

Run the daily test schedule: melt index, density, tensile and elongation, puncture resistance and UV exposure. Record results against the applicable standard, flag drift before it becomes a claim, and maintain the retained-sample archive.
You will need: a technical diploma or degree in a materials discipline; laboratory experience with polymers preferred; precision and the confidence to re-run a result you do not trust.

Carry enquiries from first contact to delivered container: grade selection with the technical desk, quotation, documentation, freight booking and after-delivery follow-up for customers across Asia, Europe and Africa.
You will need: fluent written English; experience in export documentation or freight forwarding; the patience to chase a certificate across three time zones.

Supervise liner deployment and welding on customer sites — landfill cells, water retention basins, canal linings. Qualify the welding crew, run destructive and non-destructive seam testing, and hand over the QA dossier.
You will need: certified welding experience on HDPE geomembrane; willingness to travel for extended site periods; a valid driving licence.
