We make the film from resin we already trade
Most film converters buy their resin on price and discover the consequences on the line. We do not have that problem, because the polyethylene going into our extruders is the same material we sell as raw polymer, from producers we already qualify batch by batch.
That shows up in two places a buyer actually notices: consistent gauge across the web, and a film that performs the same on the tenth container as it did on the first. Neither is glamorous. Both are what stops a packing line stopping.

What we produce
Two film families, each covering hand and machine application.
LLDPE cast film with PIB cling, stretched around a pallet to hold a load together. Hand rolls and machine rolls, standard and pre-stretch, in clear and coloured.

LDPE film that shrinks tight under heat to bundle bottles, cans and cases. Printed or plain, engineered for consistent shrink through a high-speed tunnel.

Stretch or shrink?
They look similar on a pallet and do completely different jobs.
Stretch film
Applied cold. The film is stretched under tension and its own elastic recovery holds the load. Nothing is heated, so it suits mixed loads, irregular shapes and anything that cannot take a heat tunnel.

Shrink film
Applied loose, then heated. The film contracts tight around the pack and stays there. It gives a sealed, tamper-evident finish that a stretch wrap cannot, and it takes print properly.

- Needs a heat tunnel and the energy to run it.
- Best on uniform, repeatable pack shapes.

Qualified resin
The polyethylene going into our extruders is material we already supply and test as raw polymer.
Cut to your machine
Width, gauge, core diameter and roll weight set by your wrapper, not by what is on the shelf.
Line sampling
Gauge, width and stretch performance sampled from the running line each shift, not from the finished pallet.
Container quantities
Twenty tonnes to a container, palletised and wrapped, with export paperwork prepared before sealing.
Who buys our film
Anyone who ships a pallet or bundles a multipack. The volume users are food, beverage, building materials and agriculture, but the specification is set by the wrapper rather than the sector.
